LaundryIt Terms of Service

1. Agreement to these terms
These Terms of Service govern your use of LaundryIt websites, applications, ordering tools, pickup and delivery services, communications, subscriptions, and related services. By using LaundryIt or placing an order, you agree to these terms and any additional terms presented at checkout.
2. Laundry services
LaundryIt coordinates laundry pickup, washing, drying, folding, ironing, delivery, and related services based on the options selected for each order. Service availability, timing, pricing, and provider availability may vary by location and order.
3. Customer responsibilities
You are responsible for providing accurate contact, address, scheduling, garment, and special-care information. Items submitted must belong to you or be submitted with the owner's permission. Special instructions, known stains, fragile items, and unusual care requirements should be disclosed before service.
4. Scheduling, access, and cancellations
Pickup and delivery windows are estimates and may be affected by traffic, weather, customer access, provider availability, or other conditions. Orders may be subject to the cancellation or rescheduling rules shown when the order is placed. Late cancellation, failed access, or other preventable service interruptions may result in applicable fees where disclosed.
5. Pricing, taxes, and payment
Prices, service fees, add-ons, discounts, credits, and estimated taxes are displayed during the order process. Eligible card orders may use a temporary authorization based on the estimated amount. The final charge may be adjusted after service based on actual services completed, applicable taxes, approved discounts or credits, and the final order total.
6. Saved cards, subscriptions, and recurring pickups
If you choose to save a card, enroll in a monthly plan, or activate recurring pickups, you authorize LaundryIt and its payment processor to use the saved payment method according to the terms presented for that service. Saving a card by itself does not enroll you in a subscription. Recurring or subscription charges apply only when you separately activate those services.
7. Independent service providers
Laundry services may be performed by independent providers using the LaundryIt platform. Providers are not authorized to make promises, change pricing, or alter LaundryIt policies except through approved platform tools or documented manager authorization.
8. Garment care and claims
LaundryIt and its providers use reasonable care when handling laundry. Normal laundering can involve inherent risks, including color transfer, shrinkage, wear, damage related to fabric condition, or effects caused by inaccurate or missing care information. Service concerns and claims should be reported within 48 hours of delivery so they can be reviewed promptly.
9. Photos and service records
LaundryIt may require pickup or delivery photos and maintain order records for service verification, customer support, payment reconciliation, dispute resolution, provider accountability, and safety. Photos should document the order or delivery location and should not intentionally capture unrelated private activity or information.
10. Text messages
If you separately opt in, LaundryIt may send text messages regarding your account, orders, provider assignment, pickup and delivery updates, customer service, payment, and post-delivery communications. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. Consent to SMS is not a condition of purchase.
11. Acceptable use
You may not misuse the LaundryIt service, interfere with platform operation, submit fraudulent orders or payment information, harass customers or providers, attempt unauthorized access, or use the service for unlawful purposes.
12. Intellectual property
LaundryIt names, branding, website content, software, graphics, workflows, and other proprietary materials are owned by or licensed to LaundryIt and may not be copied, republished, or commercially exploited without permission except as allowed by law.
13. Service availability and disclaimers
LaundryIt may modify, suspend, or discontinue features or service areas when reasonably necessary. The service is provided on an as-available basis, subject to applicable law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, a particular provider, or exact pickup or delivery times.
14. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, LaundryIt will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the service. Nothing in these terms limits rights or remedies that cannot legally be waived.
15. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where another law must apply.
16. Changes to these terms
LaundryIt may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Material changes may be posted on this page, presented through the service, or otherwise communicated as required by law. Continued use after an update takes effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms where permitted by law.
