Transactional order messaging program

Program description

If you opt in, LaundryIt may send recurring transactional text messages concerning orders you place, including provider assignment, pickup, delivery, payment, scheduling, and customer-service updates. This program is not used for promotional or marketing messages.

Consent and message frequency

Consent is optional and is not a condition of purchasing LaundryIt services. Message frequency varies based on your order activity. Message and data rates may apply.

Stopping or restarting messages

Reply STOP, CANCEL, END, QUIT, or UNSUBSCRIBE to stop messages. Reply START or UNSTOP to restart after opting out. Reply HELP for assistance. You may also contact LaundryIt at laundryit@laundryit.net or (682) 900-6923.

Carrier notice

Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery depends on carrier and device availability.

Mobile information privacy

LaundryIt uses your mobile number and SMS consent records to provide the transactional messages described above, operate the service, document consent, and honor opt-out requests. Mobile information and SMS consent are not sold, rented, or shared with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. Service providers may process this information only as needed to deliver and support LaundryIt messaging.

Consent records

LaundryIt may retain the phone number, consent language version, date, source, and opt-out history associated with your choice. If this notice changes materially, LaundryIt may ask you to confirm your consent again.
